The First Time?

As someone who seems to have each appendage in a different startup these days, I found this article at the go big network refreshing. It’s nice to know that while I nervously lie awake in a cold sweat each night staring at the ceiling, there are countless others staring with me.

Here’s the thing though. The article, about the similar feelings of anxiety and excitement which seem to greet entrepreneurs each time they enlist in a start-up, is titled “It Feels like the First Time.”I’m not sure that’s a great title, considering people want to feel positive about their new venture. Serious- who’s first time is really something they want to relive? For most of us it was a bunch of fumbling and “oh well, lets clean up and tell our friends.”

Rooting around Go Big, it seems to be a community/marketplace for start-ups. It’s apparently staffed by the only web entrepreneurs on the planet who prefer anonymity- usually we plaster our names and faces all over the damn place.

I’d check it out. It could be the next big thing. And by next big thing I mean Seth Godin might mention it and then every business blog on the planet will go on and on about it until you hate the very thought of it.
