I’ve been sick for several days now and I’m just getting back up to speed. After catching up on e-mail (I did crawl out of bed or off the couch to check e-mail … at least I think I did) I’ve started catching up on feeds (which is in the near 2000 unread level … no I probably won’t read them all there are limits you know).
Via Jason Calacanis’ blog I caught Loren Feldman’s video on the “A-list”:
Yes, Scoble works damn hard. I’ve watched him blog from any place he could. Jason I don’t know as well. I’ve only met him once, but from everything I see and gather, he works pretty damn hard too. Me? Man I wish I could say I blogged hard all the time. I used to. I made sure that my blogs had cool stuff to read everyday. Several times a day. Well, I think I just hit a wall lately. Too many blogs. Too much stress in other parts of my life. This video inspired me though. It reminded me of how I got to where I am now. I worked hard. I really started from scratch on the Blogosphere. I wasn’t a big name in any circle. I started blogging. Connected with people, became more well known and now here Jim and I are working together on something really cool.
I think now is the time to get re-energized, start blogging with more passion, start … Okay maybe I’ll take it slowly at least until I can hear and smell again.
Glad you are feeling better. My blog fatigue antidote? Get inspired, renew my commitment, and develop a strong ‘life vision’. Playing my favorite music is the best antidote to fueling and inspiring my blogging and writing.
Thanks Greg. Yeah sometimes it’s hard to get back in the saddle after a while. Sometimes I think we all have to sit back and figure out which blogs are worth it and which ones aren’t.
Anyway, I’m getting more inspired now … let’s see what can come out of it.
