We have heard the time-wasting concerns, but our goal has always been to make Oracle smaller, allowing us to collaborate in a more transparent and efficient manner. I see providing a business benefit as the key with a social network inside the firewall. As for extending the model, I have that on my list of features, but we're still early on in the process.
