I agree about letting clients set their own pace, usually.  Sometimes you just have to push!</description>

		<description>I generally find that once there are a couple of the current/prospective clients competitors using the technology then they are more likely to give it a try.  I engage with a couple of influencers in the industry, run a lower-cost, low-risk project with them.  The others see the benefits and want to jump on board.

And like most things there is a time and a place for new technology in business, and I let my clients set their own pace (with an occasional shove every now and again).</description>
