Just after their presentation at DEMO 08, I had a chance to sit down and have lunch with Fred Ngo of Standout Jobs. Ben Yoskovitz, a friend and someone that has helped me get my business on track here, is also one of the co-founder’s and is CEO of the company. I was also joined by a couple of my colleagues Paul Swansen and Ronald Lewis. It was a nice lunch with some great conversation. Recruiters looking for a better way to reach your audience, you should try their site as well. I was able to see first hand the power behind their ideas and it is truly a revolutionary way of using social media as a tool for companies hiring people.
