Without a doubt! The cost are so little that the benefit can be almost nothing and be worth it.

Creating a web site can feel intimidating, but a blog is so easy to set up and contribute to, that you will be laughing.

I agree that it can be worthwhile. I am a chiropractor in downtown San Francisco. I use very expensive machines to treat disc herniations. I Blog because my target market is very tech literate. I try to use as much geo-targeted online keyword phrases as I can. And, I am in the process of re-doing my categories as keywords. It has not manifested into much yet, but I am just now learning this Blog/SEO stuff. It is a challenge for sure.
