I’ll betcha “Cavemen Hater” is a woman…..OH! Duh……”Yo Mama”, undoubtedly a woman.

I heard somewhere that GIECO’S (advertising effectiveness) research found that women sampled in their focus groups LOVED the Aussie Lizard and HATED the Caveman. Men LOVED the Caveman and HATED the Lizard.

Anybody care to get into the Freudian implication of THAT?

So Gieco runs the two ads in tandem and gets the attention of 100% of the human race.

We don’t have the ads where I am but the riff is neat. And I can imagine some people thinking, ok, why didn’t he have a shot at me? What am I, chopped liver?
