I recently interviewed Qumana CEO, Fred Fabro, and I have been testing their new blog editor for a few months. Even more recently I have been using exclusively, the blogvertising wing of Qumana, Adgenta. As further disclosure, I want to make clear that I have not been paid for my testing time nor have I received any advertising revenue from Adgenta to date. I am not in any way affiliated with Qumana or Adgenta. My job was to test it and provide feedback, and to try everything I could to break it. An easy task for me.
As is always my case, learning something new has always been a challenge. I hate change. Once I learn something, I don’t like to stray from the norm. When I turn on that computer in the morning, I want it to work just like it did yesterday, so changing how I post my blogs was a big step for me. Suffice it to say, I am very glad I ventured out into the unknown and began using Qumana’s blog editor.
Prior to using this application, I was using 3 separate types of blogging platforms. With Qumana I have now reduced that number to a one stop shop experience. I am using one application to post on 6 different blogs. I can post to any of my blogs from anywhere, and it is easy to use, which in my case was no easy feat. I can post to Bloggers For Hire, One By One Media, The Best of Blogs, The Philosophical Mother, Business Blog Consulting, and my personal blog Genuine, all from one easy to use application. Not only can I use one tool to post on each of the blogs, I can do it from anywhere I can find an internet connection. Of course for a blogger, we all know internet connections are mapped out in our minds, like a parent knows what public bathrooms have diaper changing tables in them throughout the city. Believe me, it is that important. I’m hoping for global Wifi soon.
In addition to making it very easy to run multiple blogs, I can now help pay for the bandwidth of those blogs by using Qumana’s advertising called Adgenta. Actually, I might even be able to subsidize my children’s diaper fund! Do you see a theme here? I can add “on the fly advertising” to my posts, or I can also customize an advertisement to fit exactly as I want, when I want, and where I want it, all by using the same tool. It makes earning money for all of the content I produce a snap. Not even Google Adsense is that easy to use.
At Qumana, they seem to be about speed, efficiency, and ease of use. All of these things are paramount to my endorsement of this product. I am hoping to get all of the professional bloggers at Bloggers For Hire to adopt its use and to embrace this application. Now I can honestly say, I too am embracing change. Of course, now that I have more time, I have more time to change…….diapers. Look there, a perfect advertisement! I apologize to the people at Qumana as I’m sure this will be the only time their company will be mentioned along with a diaper campaign.

Thank you very much Jim. Your help and feedback has been invaluable to us. I’m looking forward to helping all your bloggers be able to blog more, faster with Q.
Wonderful review. I believe I will take Q for a spin.
